IVF combines complex information with an emotionally demanding experience. The concept explored whether an AI-assisted product could make support more understandable and useful during that journey.

The work needed clinical input and a bounded scope. The immediate goal was to explore a credible direction with the right partners.

I directed the concept work with clinicians and data scientists, connecting the intended patient experience with clinical and technical perspectives.

Clinician and data-scientist collaboration shaped the exploration. The five-week timebox defined the work as an early proof of concept.

In healthcare, a useful concept has a clear scope and the right expertise around it. Design leadership includes knowing what the evidence supports at each stage.
